(Bovespa: ABNB3 - ON), the leader in solutions involving plastic cards, identification systems and print service management in the markets where it operates, announces its results for the fourth quarter of 2009 (4Q09) and the year of 2009. Except where stated otherwise, the financial and operational information herein is presented on a consolidated basis, including direct and indirect subsidiaries, Trust, Transtex, Interprint, Tecnoformas and Incard, in accordance with Brazilian Corporate Law.

Highlights of the Period

• Net Revenue totaled R$ 706.4 million in 2009, 4.1% up on 2008;

• EBITDA of R$ 145.6 million in 2009, a 12.4% decline;

• Downturn of 32.3% in the volume of cards sold;

• Closing cash balance of R$ 108.1 million, a R$ 62.4 million increase over the opening cash balance of R$ 45.7 million;

• Acquisition of Microeletrónica Espanõla;

• 12th consecutive year of Net Income growth: R$ 81.2 million in 2009.
